| PRICES 2010 (ex. € 0.30 tourist tax per person/day) : | |||
| Prices are per week and gas and water are included. Not included are electricity (€ 0,35 Kwh) and firewood. Minimum stay is 1 week (Saturday to Saturday). Arrival time between 3 and 6pm and departure before 11am. Other arrival and departure days as well as shorter stays are possible on demand. | |||

| 1. GENERAL CONDITIONS: | |||
| All occupants/fellow travelers/guests must be in possession of valid identity papers. | |||
| The proprietor cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any event during your voyage to/from or during your stay at La Béchadie like the breakdown of vehicles, accidents, strikes or any measure taken by the authorities. | |||
| The proprietor cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, damage or injury of any kind during the stay at La Béchadie. | |||
| 2. RENTAL CONDITIONS: | |||
| The maximum capacity of the houses, mentioned on our web site and in our contract, has to be respected. The number of occupants is not to exceed the number of beds. Children are included in this number except when agreed on differently in the contract. Pets are only allowed on demand. | |||
| Furnishings, dishes, kitchen utensils etc. are provided by the proprietor for the number of persons mentioned in the contract. The tenant has to bring his own sheets and pillow cases as well as bath and kitchen towels. Sheets and pillow cases can be rented at €. 9,- per week per bed. A set of bath towels costs €. 4,- per person per week and a set of kitchen towels costs €. 4,- per week. |

| At your departure the property has to be clean (vacuum cleaner etc. are at your disposal). In case of neglectance we will charge you €. 50,- for the cleaning of ‘The Pigsty', €. 55 for ‘The Cow stable’ and €. 60,- for ‘The Horse stable’. | |||
| 3. RENT, CHARGES AND DEPOSITS: | |||
| Reservations are only binding upon receipt of 50% of the total rent. The remainder of the amount must be paid on the date stated in the contract. When the amount is not paid before or on that date, the proprietor has the right to cancel the contract and therefore dispose of the holiday house. In this case 50% of the deposit will be reimbursed . (see: 4. Terms of cancellation). |

| 3. 1. TAXES AND CHARGES: | |||
| Tourist tax, gas and water are included in the price. All holiday houses have their own electricity counter which will be checked in the presence of the tenant at arrival and departure. The cost of electricity will be deducted with the amount of the deposit. Every holiday house has its own wood burning stove. During the cold season we will charge you €. 30,- per 0.5m3 for the use of firewood that will also be deducted from the deposit. | |||
| 3.2. SECURITY DEPOSIT: | |||
| We also ask for a security deposit of €.100,- payable at arrival which will be refunded when the contract has ended. During your stay you are fully liable for the house you have rented, including furnishings and all the items that belong to the house. Damage caused by the occupants/fellow travelers/guests will be deducted from the security deposit and the proprietor reserves the right to demand full recompense for damage. | |||
| 4. TERMS OF CANCELLATION | |||
| When the contract is cancelled by the tenant after payment of the deposit and the remainder of the rent, 50% of the deposit will not be refunded. The remaining amount will only be refunded if new tenants are found for the cancelled rental period by either the proprietor or the tenant. | |||
